This issue has been opened to track the release of Cloudbase-Init version 1.1.7.
Supported Python versions: 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11.
Windows installer Python version: 3.11.9.

To dos:

• Create 1.1.7 tag
• Create the 1.1.7 Windows installers
• Update the stable Windows installers link to point to 1.1.7 installers
• Create Github release 1.1.7
