Currently a chat can only exist in the right side of a page. When using a secondary monitor to display the presentation fullscreen the only way to see the chat is to open the presentation page twice and pause the video on the "chat page". Also, it would make it easier to attend multiple chats.

Allowing the chat to exist also on a dedicated chat page would allow placing it on a separate or split screen. This is possibly related to #237

I can see why this would be useful. One of our design principles for the Clowdr UI was that users should be able to make use of multiple tabs as they see fit. This is not something that we're likely to have engineering bandwidth for in the very near future, but we'll keep it under consideration.

Do you have any other products in mind that offer a similar feature?
