• when there are no coordinates present in the data, don't show the map.
• also removes dependency on classnames library

Loading 11th step meetings from TSML

Fixes an issue loading JSON feeds where type is a number - this happens currently with 11th step meditation meetings on TSML. Closes #144

SEO-friendly links

• rather than filters like "Active" linking to "#" in the menu, they now link to the full URL for that filter
• list / map segmented button now uses icons
• if mapbox key is not present, hides non-working "search by location" option

Better reliability with unexpected data

Product performs better when fields are missing, such as Time, Day, Types, etc. Better formatting on time field. Removes configuration setting to hide all inactive meetings.

Refactored dropdown

Fixes a glitch where the dropdown label was empty when selecting a special metatype

Updating embed code

This release updates the embed code to use valid HTML. The new code is documented in the configuration helper. Legacy embed codes using the <meetings> element will continue to be supported for a little while.
