I'm trying to add some change to typescript file and want to npm run watch, but it fails with the following error

How to reproduce:

1. git clone the repository to my local pc
2. run npm install
3. run npm run watch

Glad you could get this resolved! I believe that hardlinks in Windows should work fine instead of symlinks if you are able to create them.
