Describe the solution you'd like

Now that BOAT is getting worldwide attention, it would be a good idea to set it up for success by configuring the platform to be ready for translated text.

This task would be to use the FormatJS library to configure BOAT to use internationalized text throughout the codebase.

Describe alternatives you've considered.
