Describe the solution you'd like

I have heard about Coinbase has big plan for base chain. adding features like paying gas fees other than ETH will really help in achieving this objective. it looks simple thing but its impact will be very huge in real world scenarios.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

there is similar features in zkync era l2 which is known in community as paymaster.
