Documentation Request: QR code pop up to coinbase wallet connector

Is your documentation request related to a problem? Please describe.

More documentation is needed around creating the wagmi config here.

Specifically, we found it very difficult to figure out that sending in 'all' here as a preference is what we needed to allow for QR code pop ups for connecting to coinbase.

I'm assuming most people using this template would want the QR code. An explicit call out on how to get the QR code showing up in the documentation would have been super helpful.
