get_tissue_location() needs the following:

  • Change output of plate map to Excel format so can apply formatting
  • Calculate number of boxes in each shelf, slot, etc.
  • Calculate number of samples in each box
  • Format Excel doc to highlight shelf, slot, etc., where there is space to add more boxes (e.g., <6 boxes on the shelf in unit A)
  • Format Excel doc to highlight boxes where there is space for more samples (e.g., <100 samples in the box)
