Hi,

I try to install from windows and receive this message:

C:\elastic\logstash-7.9.0\bin>logstash-plugin install /c:/elastic/logstash-filter-fix_protocol/logstash-filter-fix_protocol
ERROR: Something went wrong when installing /c:/elastic/logstash-filter-fix_protocol/logstash-filter-fix_protocol, message: certificate verify failed

How to solve?
