using register/createAccount to create a new account while already connected get uninformative error #5

While already connected to https://www.consoherozh.fr/ and using https://www.consoherozh.fr/register/createAccount there is no prevention to continue a new account creation.

Once form correctly filled an uninformative error is displayed ' Erreur générale. Impossible d'exécuter la requête demandée. '

It should not be possible to create a new account while connected, a message should be displayed : please logout to proceed to new account creation.
