We use slirp4netns to connect the namespace to the host to allow us to test external lookups.
Given we replaced slirp4nents with pasta in podman 5.0 the package might no longer be installed/available everywhere.

So I did the replace part except that pasta doesn't like to run as root which makes it impossible to use in our tests
