We need a new flow targeting embedded FPGAs, which are still useful for some scientific domains (e.g., high-energy physics, quantum computing, brain-computer interface). The domain experts may not have sufficient knowledge of FPGA or hardware acceleration, so we need an end-to-end deployment flow for them to easily try out the accelerator.
