When switching the grading type of a HYBRID comment from absolute to relative (or the other way around), the value is used as-is and not rescaled.

Example: +20% becomes +20pts (with a variety of broken gauges)
2024-10-16-145312_230x217_scrot2024-10-16-145322_233x219_scrot

The other way around: +0.5pts becomes +0.5%
2024-10-16-145339_230x212_scrot2024-10-16-145351_227x209_scrot

Expected behaviour: the value should be converted to the closest non-zero valid step (e.g., 0.25pts or 50%)

Additionally, double-clicking on either "relative" or "absolute" visually disable both.
In practice, it would seem selecting neither option defaults on "absolute".
