cosmos-sdk/x/mint/README.md

Lines 117 to 118 in c0eade1

Calculate the annual provisions based on current total supply and inflation
rate. This parameter is calculated once per block.

Problem

Provisions are used before they are described.

Proposal

Describe provisions. What are they? How do they relate to inflation? How much of the provisions get used per block?
