Unable to attach a file to a note

Looks like an Americano bug, req has no files.

I was able to reproduce the issue :

• Upload a file
• A link is created, clicking the link sends you to a webpage with {"error":"Not Found"}
• When hard refreshing the Notes page, the link disappears.

• I have uploaded various different types of files (.txt, .png, .ico) to my Note A
• I have observed that the attachment is created on Note A
• I exited the note to view another note called Note B
• When I accessed Note A again, I could not find my attachment
• I have observed that the attachment that was successfully attached, could not be found

I developed it directly in JS, not Coffee, so unfortunately it can't be merged upstream right now.
