Description

The index-wpcli and/or index-web container doesn't support characters with diacritics (in contrast, the staging VM does).

This results in different attachment names during migration. For example:

Env Attachment name
Stage Brigitte-Vézina_opt-scaled-1.jpg
Dev Brigitte-Vezina_opt-scaled-1.jpg

Reproduction

Perform migration

Expectation

The Docker local dev environment should behave the same as production and staging.
