[Request] Add last time routed info for peers #174

Two things that would be a great addition:

Add a last time routed info on the New Peers tab. Hard to tell which one was a really good peer a long time ago, or a really good peer right now. This would make it more clear how up to date these stats are.
Add last time routed to the channel performance tab for existing channels. This would also help to identify channels that haven't routed for a long time and might need a manual fee or AR adjustment.
