Editable "fees" and "label" fields in Balances > Transactions

lndg cannot easily track group channels' fees, and peers, or at least on my end it shows just "group channel open", and 0 fee.
I can just edit the sqlite directly, adding peer's alias and actual fees paid, just had this idea that editing on the web interface would be faster ;-)
