FEATURE REQUEST :) implement Lightning Node Connect

LNDg has become robust and over the years and continues to be a great FOSS tool for routing. With there now being more ways to start up a lighting node, the need for a simple way to connect LNDg would help node runners. Using Lightning Node Connect would create a quick, simple, and universal way to securely connect LNDg to your node.
