[cli] css content '\a0' convert to jss is not correct

as you see, content '\a0' represents a space, when it converts to jss, the result is "'\\\\a0'",

then, i convert jss. to css

css->jss
'\a0' -> "'\\\\a0'"
then jss->css
"'\\\\a0'" ->'\\a0'

what is expected:
css->jss
'\a0' -> "'\\a0'"
then jss->css
"'\\a0'" ->'\a0'
