Example as submodule

@temeddix How do you think that separate example to a new repository and as a submodule into project repository?

IMHO using cargokit(after it supports absolute path) as a Git submodule would be good, but this example folder would be better to be kept as it is. The reason I think this way is because dart run rust_in_flutter template basically copies files from this example folder. The plugin and the example are very tightly connected and we should be able to develop them together, in other words, make them exist in a single Git history.

The development goes back-and-forth, which means we have to think of all bin/rust_in_flutter.dart, example/* at once to make the development experience more coherent. For example, bin/rust_in_flutter.dart contains code that modifies example/README.md, example/.gitignore, etc. Both sides are being updated and committed simultaneously.

Still thanks for the valuable idea :) This brainstorming really makes the project go forward.

Okay, I ignored the problem of generating templates. cargokit have been a lot of changes recently, maybe the possibility that as a submodule is higher.
