Add the following to Deposit, and Stake Tab.

  1. Add APR to form
  2. CRV APR -> Expected CRV APR (if different, should behave similar to Stake tab in main app)
  3. Add Incentives APR -> Expect Incentive APR

  1. Update Prices significant digits to 3.
