Cutefish's configuration file conflicts with KDE #5

I am a KDE user and tried Cutefish today and found that cutefish-kwin-plugin installs /etc/xdg/kwinrc and other conflicting KDE configuration files during installation, causing my KDE configuration to be overwritten.

Would Cutefish consider differentiating configuration file names to prevent interference between the two desktops?
