The conjur-env binary that performs secret retrieval appears to be looping through the required secrets and retrieving them in separate requests. For apps with a lot of secrest, this could create a lot of connections to Conjur in rapid succession, which seems like it may be prone to failure.

The Conjur API has a batch secret retrieval endpoint that we should use instead.
