Model extracting .doo files from classpath as explicit task #3

This would replace Utils.dooFilesForClasspath, and have several advantages:

  1. Enable generic Gradle caching
  2. Avoid creating temporary files that may not be expediently cleaned up
  3. Improve error messages if a dependent .doo file isn't compatible
    a. (e.g. instead of Cannot load /var/folders/cs/z5tb8wc94x5bxs_6b5f47p7h0000gr/T/producer.jar13109622396527853296.doo..., something like Cannot load build/dafny/dependencies/producer.doo...)
