Easy button to generate a stability report #461

The verification between versions of Dafny is complicated. It would be nice to have an easy way in the IDE to produce all the needed stability information.

I suspect that the amount of work to produce such reports is a reason they are not reported :)

Would this be a duplicate of #461 ?
