Solid configuration in Dagit UI

When I use solid configuration:

and run Dagit it's required to add configuration for solids in tab Playground:

Can I create some template config yaml and than load and edit it in Dagit UI?

Yes, you can create PresetDefinitions and/or PartitionSetDefinitions for your pipelines, which will show up in Dagit.
