Adding Files

Hey,
I have the following problem:
I want to attach a PDF file in the footer. In development, this is no problem at all. However, as soon as I build, the link can logically no longer access the PDF because it is not included in the build. The existing solution is to move the PDF file to the 'dist' folder, but I would have to do that every time after the build, which I don't want to do. Does anyone have any idea?
