Error using address(_seller) to transfer eth

In Marketplace.sol, in function purchaseProduct, the following results in compilation error

address(_seller).transfer(msg.value);

Error:

TypeError: "send" and "transfer" are only available for objects of type "address payable", not "address"

A stackoverflow search suggested using the following, instead and that worked:

payable(_seller.tranfser(msg.value);

Truffle and Nodejs versions as follows:
Truffle v5.4.8 (core: 5.4.8)
Node v16.8.0
