In order to exercise the license under these terms, you must agree to all these terms as both legal obligations and conditions to your license.
Dark grants to the individual or entity agreeing to these terms (“you”) a license to use and modify the software, only for the purpose of creating and contributing improvements, bug fixes or other changes of the software (“Contributions”) to Dark. Contributions are voluntary. If you provide a Contribution to Dark, you must first agree to the current contribution license terms for the software.
These terms do not allow you to sublicense or transfer any of your licenses to anyone else. These terms do not imply any other licenses. These terms do not grant you any license to distribute the software.
If you violate these terms, your license ends immediately. In addition, Dark may, at any time, terminate your license on written notice to you, or by withdrawing the software from general availability under this license.
As far as the law allows, the software comes AS IS, without any warranty or condition, and Dark will not be liable to you for any damages arising out of these terms or the use or nature of the software, under any kind of legal claim.
