Onboarding & priority status for instructors: Do we do Centrally-Organized Geospatial workshops? #75

On the setup page, we say:

Instructors who have completed onboarding will be given priority status for teaching at centrally-organized Data Carpentry Geospatial workshops.

However, when it comes to requesting a workshop, we say that the Geospatial curriculum is available for Self-Organized workshops only.
