Use of 'tab.scap.' for tables? Short caption for bookdown

Hello!

Thanks for this excellent package. One feature that would be really helpful is a short caption option. When you use flextable in bookdown, the captions are inserted into tables of contents/table of tables at the start. Figures have an option 'fig.scap' for short captions to show up in the table of contents, but the long caption remains with the actual table.

It would be really great to have a short caption in the LaTeX rendering <3
for example, kable + bookdown: rstudio/bookdown#543
