I had a question does this work on android??

Not sure what you mean here? This project acts like a keyboard, so will work most places a keyboard will work.

So if I connect it to an Android or iPhone will it work?

As well as any USB keyboard would work on those devices. I have not tried using an external keyboard on a phone.
