Describe the bug

hello, firstly, when you select video mode: auto, it doesn't launch the PAL region ROM in 50hz, so you have to set it to PAL 50hz instead. Auto should read that it's a PAL region ROM and automatically launch game in 288p 50hz PAL

second problem is that after you chose PAL 50Hz mode and exit to game, the screen is still in 60hz, and you have to go into the menu again and exit again, then it switches to 50hz.

third thing is there is a problem with audio sync in PAL 50Hz, every so often the sound jumps, as though it's still using 60hz timing (?) There doesn't seem to be a place to select the console region, so although you might be using PAL 50Hz video mode the emulated SNES console is still in NTSC I think so the timing is off for the sound

just to add my Wii is PAL and supports 50hz and 60hz, and the scrolling is smooth when using PAL 50hz 288p video mode, just the sound timing isn't quite right, noticeable on music say every 10 seconds

thank you

To Reproduce

see above

Expected behavior

Some exclusive PAL games run too fast in 60hz so PAL is important for those games
