[Bug] Docker releases are still being hosted on dbt-core and don't show up under Packages #107

Is this a new bug?

Current Behavior

Docker images show up here:
https://github.com/dbt-labs/dbt-core/pkgs/container/dbt-postgres

Expected Behavior

Docker images should show up under the Packages section here:
https://github.com/dbt-labs/dbt-postgres
and here:
https://github.com/orgs/dbt-labs/packages?repo_name=dbt-postgres

Steps To Reproduce

Perform a Docker release and go looking for it.

It's confusing to users who are looking for the Docker releases. It's low priority and this will change again if we decide to merge the concrete adapter packages into a single repo.
