Build WABA Map Demo Page

Create demo page using the existing WABA site design for the purpose of showing clients what the product might look like on the site.

Using existing components might make it easier to translate the demo site into an actual page in the WABA website.

Would you all prefer to embed this project in your website or would you prefer to keep this project hosted on GitHub Pages?

My recommendation is to continue to use GitHub Pages but instead create a WABA GitHub organization. We can then move this repo from DCFemTech to WABA. The URL would then be https://waba.github.io/within-one-mile/ instead of https://dcfemtech.github.io/hackforgood-waba-map/.

We can rename this repo from hackforgood-waba-map to within-one-mile while we are at it too.
