[BUG] Weird behaviors on Android (rollcall not showing, messages not showing) #1864

Description (Actual behavior)

Sometimes rollcall or messages are not shown on fe2.

How to reproduce

Create a roll call on some other device
Open the rollcall
Join the lao on fe2, the rollcall is not shown

Version & Environment

This bug was reproduced on:

Commit: 4dd9f0e

Front-ends:

Fe1-Web (please include browser's names & version)
Fe2-Android (please specify if phone or emulation, and Android version)
Not applicable

Back-ends:

Be1-Go
Be2-Scala
Not applicable

Workaround

Close and reopen the app may fix the issue

Possible root cause

Mishandling of messages when they are out of order
