[IDEA] Witness Addition in LAO Creation should have Quick Remove Button

Actual Behavior

When you create a LAO, you can switch on the witnessing protocol and add witnesses. When adding a witness, they appear in a list. You can finalize you LAO creation, and the witnesses in the list will be added as witnesses in your LAO.

The issue

You have no quick way to remove one specific witness from the list, while creating the LAO. This means, if you add a wrong witness, the only way to fix this is by clearing and starting the LAO creation all over again.

Enhancement Concept

Add a little cross button (or any other clever ways) along the witnesses public keys in list to remove them from the list
