PipelineError when doing "Conversational RAG using Memory" tutorial

Hello,

I'm following the Conversational RAG using Memory tutorial, and I keep getting a Pipeline Error at this point:

pipeline.add_component("memory_retriever", memory_retriever)

Full error message:

PipelineError: Component has already been added in another Pipeline. Components can't be shared between Pipelines. Create a new instance instead.

I've checked, and I don't have this running in any other pipelines. It persists even after switching virtual environments.

What can I do to fix this? Thank you.

It's solved, just needed to shutdown Jupyter Notebook and restart it again.
