The hyperdrive-bindings repo is being deprecated. The WASM bindings will be moved to the FE monorepo to live closer to the code that uses it.

Copy into FE monorepo and update workflows
Deprecate bindings repo (python bindings have already moved to delvtech/hyperdrive-rs)
