How can I select the structure which I want, than output it to fits file? #149

I am using dendrogram compute my fits file, after that I can using viewer to select the structure I want, is it possible for me just output the structure I choose into a fits file(just output part of the tree)?

(i.e I just want to output the red part into fits)
