Mark z6 as bad from 20231130 - 20231210? #196

z1 was replaced on the instrument on 20231130. We first took data after that on 20231202. From 20231202 to 20231210 z6 was in a noisy state. We rebooted z6 before the observations on 20231211.

For that time window, the sky redshifts on z6 are really bad.

The real redshifts look fine but it's hard to imagine that this isn't doing damage at some level. We should probably mark z6 as bad during this window and reprocess and re-MTL.
