[Feature]: 连线和锚点问题 #1821

背景&目的

是够有api可以设置在调整线的时候，不要自动切换锚点。目前要实现弯折且不切换锚点，要进行多步操作

我也在苦恼这个问题，希望能锁定edge的锚点，除非启用了adjustEdgeStartAndEnd并直接拖动端点，否则不会自动切换就好了
