Labels in another language in basemaps

Good morning,

We have an application that is using the light basemap from cartocdn and were trying to find a translated version of it in Spanish. We came across your repository and found that IDErioja claro could be a good option. Since the quality in leaflet-providersESP is higher, we were wondering if there is an English version of this basemap and if there is any plan to implement setting the labels by language.

Hi Alba:

leaflet-providersESP is just a plug-in that collects and distributes base maps of Spanish providers (all Open Source) for Leaflet users. We neither create nor own the basemaps so there is nothing we can do on this request.

The owner of IDErioja maps is https://www.iderioja.larioja.org/index.php, maybe you can try to contact them. When I developed this plug-in some years ago there wasn’t any basemap like that with English labels, but maybe they have developed a new one (or can point out to any other resouce).

If that’s the case please let me know and I would add it to the plug-in. Good luck
