Anyone can delete the wiki

Anyone can open a page to edit, or choose to delete it. I was able to do this and restore the page back to its original state. Perhaps the wiki should be permissioned?

It definitely should be, but you failed to restore all the pages you deleted, namely "VulnerabilityDetails.md". You seem to have deleted it, and it still hasn't been restored on master.

I have restored the page that was deleted but the wiki is still able to be deleted by anyone
