Add time zone label to date/time fields

Because we live in a world with a bunch of different time zones, it would be good to indicate what time zone is being represented in the date/time info.
This may be a little complicated, as users are free to set whatever time zone they want on their API users in Service Now, and time zone does not appear to be indicated in the API results.
