The switch [datasheet] has 3 positions (it is a DP3T switch):

1. 1-2, 5-6 --> ($V_{BUS}$ - $V_{USB \ IN}$)
2. 2-3, 6-7--> ($V_{IN}$ - $V_{BATT \ IN}$ and $V_{BUS}$ - $V_{USB \ IN}$)
3. 3-4, 7-8 --> ($V_{IN}$ - $V_{BATT \ IN}$)
