goals we expect we will achieve:

• Install via piypi Migrate CRAB to PYPI ecosystem #7560 - moved to 2024 GOALS for 2024 #7876
• Crab locks data before running lock input data when task is submitted #7592
• Improved recovery task make it easy to deal with tails #7595 - moved to 2024 GOALS for 2024 #7876
• Support for PPC/Arm Support jobs on non-x86 architectures #7208
• Full support for stage out via Rucio RUCIO_Transfer.py: Things need to be done before run test in larger scale. #7632 fill properly tm_dbs_blockname and tm_block_complete in RUCIO_Transfers #7524 implement Publication with Rucio-based ASO #7480 Rucio ASO should cleanup file replica in temp #7423 resubmissions when using Rucio for ASO #7404 support for /store/group/rucio in Rucio ASO #7878 and all issues referring ruci in general
• Report corrupted file replicas Parse cmsRun stdout/err to detect corrupted root files #7548
• support for user file/dataset invalidation in phys03 import DBS3SetDatasetStatus and DBS3SetFileStatus into CRAB CRABClient#5204
