Confusing about the license

Hi, I want to know what the license for this is. I use brew install docbook-xsl to intall this lib, what I saw on brew is MIT license(https://formulae.brew.sh/formula/docbook-xsl).

but I can’t find MIT license here.

I plan to reference this library in my commercial project, but I don't know if it is risky. Could you guys tell me the license situation? Thank you.
