Description

The docs should make it clear that it's not possible to see rate limits for paid user accounts. The methods listed in this page only work for anonymous or free (but authenticated) accounts.

It would be nice if docker/roadmap#701 was actioned and we could see rate limits for paid accounts but until then, the docs should be corrected to make it clear this is not possible.
